We have one simple goal in mind for producing wines: to share the story of the season, place and people who made it; it's the story that's in the bottle.
We accomplish this by taking a natural approach to farming our vineyards and making our wines. Working within the framework of Six Sigma methods allows us to take a hands-off philosophy, as we only manage what is critical to the quality of our wines, intervening only when necessary. We know, for example, that if we simply control the time and temperature of our fermentations then additives are not needed to produce wines of a given style.
A focus on gentle handling of the grapes at the winery, hand sorting of individual berries, and artisan winemaking techniques yield wines that express the personality of our ranch.
